If there's a fault with your new dentures  you've bought from us, you  have the right to return it and get all your money back.

Simply contact us. Send the dentures back. We either can fix the fault or give your money back if its not possible to do.

As its a duplication of your old dentures, you can not say dentures do not fit, but if you choose duplication Plus option, the fit of the dentures is important. All the explanation in details you receive on delivering final product.

You can claim a refund withing one months after dentures were delivered to you.
